1. Engagement & Scopes of Work
All software engineering, network deployments, cloud services, and technical consulting provided by Zestful Technologies Ltd are governed by mutually executed Statements of Work (SOW) outlining project deliverables, milestone dates, and investment schedules.
2. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon final settlement of agreed project milestone invoices, all bespoke source code, database architectures, graphics, documentation, and repository assets transfer fully and exclusively to the client without recurring licensing fees.
3. Warranty & Defect Remediation
We provide a 30 to 60-day post-launch warranty period during which any defects or non-conformances against the agreed technical specifications are remediated at zero additional cost.
4. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising under project engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Nairobi.
